Smt M.Babitha

Smt. M. Babitha, Born on 11-08-1975 to Sri M. Satyanarayana Rao and Smt. M.V.Lakshmi at Visakhapatnam. She studied L.L.B at N.B.M, Law College, Visakhapatnam. and pursued L.L.M at Dr.B.R.Ambedkar Law College, Andhra University.,M.Com and P.G.D.T.M. from Andhra University.

She enrolled as an Advocate in Bar Council of Andhra Pradesh and started practice at Advocate Bar Association, Visakhapatnam.

She was selected as District Judge by way of Direct Recruitment in the year 2014 and initially appointed as VI Additional District and Sessions Judge, Sompeta, Srikakulam District from 24-02-2014 to 25-04-2017. Subsequently worked as V Additional District and Sessions Judge – cum- Mahila Court, Vijayawada, Krishna District from 02-05-2017 to 31-12-2018, she worked as Principal District & Sessions Judge, Srikakulam from 07-01-2019 to 01-07-2020 and she also worked as Principal District Judge, East Godavari at Rajahmahendravaram from 07-07-2020 to 16-04-2022, later on she was posted as Member Secretary, AP State Legal Service Authority, Amaravathi from 22-04-2022 to 16-04-2025, while working so, She was posted as Principal District and Sessions Judge, Vizianagaram on 20-04-2025 and working since then.
